Terms Of Service
By signing up to The Kerosene Cucumber you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement. The Kerosene Cucumber reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members.
If you do not agree to the terms of the site the only recourse you have is to either not join or to quit and cancel your account. all earnings downlines and upgrades will be lost and can not be recovered.
You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that the information that you submit to The Kerosene Cucumber is valid. All information must be filled in completely, if your name is Jane smith then that must be in your account, not J.S. this includes the proper pay information. If you do not enter a Paypal account you will be set to redemptions only. You must have a good understanding of the English language, and be able to read English as well as understand English. Reading tests will be given. If you fail three reading tests or if you click three cheat links you will be deleted and all earnings, downlines and upgrades will be lost and can not be recovered. All proper keywords must be checked and terms read, any improper keywords will be subject to having account deleted.
This is not a MLM, Matrix, Ponzi or any type of get rich quick scheme. You do not need a downline to be paid or you do not have to upgrade. But you must be active and must be reading paid mails and not just doing paid to clicks.
60% of your earnings must be self earned, not from downlines or prizes, games or awards to be paid. this means if your payout level is $10.00, your self earnings must be $6.00 in order to be paid.
This applys to free members and you must have $6.00 of earnings in email ads or as shown on your account $6.00 in paid email ads not paid to click earnings. This applys to every payout a free member requests.
You may request payments, by mailing through the contact page, once your account balance reaches $10 or the amount of payout for your upgrade level. Upgraded members receive priority. Payments will be made within 90 days, or within a reasonable time thereafter. Members will be paid via PayPal. You MUST have a VERIFIED Paypal account in order to be paid. Paypal accounts must be in your own name unless permission is given by admin for other arrangements. This will be checked with Paypal. You must remain an active member once you request payout, do not stop clicking and reading mails or you will be considered inactive. Do not request more than one time, if you keep mailing and requesting on the same payout request you will be moved to the end of the payout que. If you request on the same payout more than 2 times you will be deleted. This is considered harrassment. We will reply to payout requests and make every effort to make sure you get the reply from us. This is why it is very important you do not have an email that bounces your mails. We can not be responsible for your bounced mails.
If you decide to refer other people to The Kerosene Cucumber you will receive 15% earnings on 1 level (per Paypal complinace)
You may not have more than one account per household. You must maintain a active email address. If your mails bounce back or your account becomes blocked you will be set to onsite. If we have to do this this 3 or more times your account may be deleted with out further notice.
Please understand when you use mail accounts that bounce and mail us to ask why you are deleted or suspended, we can't get a reply to you! Your mails are bouncing how can we answer?
We suggest to not use mail servers which are well known for bouncing massmailings, such as AOL, Earthlink, SBC Global.
All atuo responders wil result in accounts being deleted!
Inactive members will be deleted, and all earnings forfeited, after 14 days of
inactivity. Inactive upgraded members will be deleted, and all earnings forfeited, after 60 days of inactivity.
This means you must not just log in but must click at least 5 links within a 14 day period .
You may put yourself on vacation for up to 30 days. If you need longer please mail and let us know.
You must log back in within 5 days of a vacation period having ended.
If you are found to be Intentionally Trashing, Bashing, or Harassing
The Kerosene Cucumber.com OR The Kerosene Cucumber Admin/Staff
on ANY Public Forum/Discussion Board or via emails to the site. Your Account
Can and WILL be Terminated. This does not say
you cannot engage in Discussions regarding this Program, However Trashing, Bashing and Harassment and Threatening
of the Kerosene Cucumber.com or The Staff/Admin WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!! Your account can be and will be terminated without notice!
The Kerosene Cucumber reserves the right to dissolve the "working relationship" at any time.
Should we exercise that right for reasons other than "TOS violations" on your part,
we will immediately pay your full account balance upon termination of your account.
This is unless you are found to be violating any terms of the site and then there will be no payment made!
CONFIDENTIALITY:
We ensure a members privacy and at no time will any members information be given or sold to any outside interest or parties.
If in the event it becomes neccessary to sell or transfer this program to a new owner you will be informed and given up to 5 days to delete your account.
Please note if you choose to delete or cancel your account, your earnings and downlines will be lost ands can not be recovered.
Any emails or other communication which are received from The Kerosene Cucumber may NOT be reproduced in any form or posted in any forum without the PRIOR express WRITTEN permission of The Kerosene Cucumber.
If you reproduce in any form or post any emails or other communication in any venue without PRIOR express WRITTEN permission from The Kerosene Cucumber, your account will be terminated immediately and without notice, thereby losing all earnings and referrals.
If you are deleted from this program for the above reasons you may also be removed from any other programs we own.
If a member is found to be cheating this site, you will be deleted and also deleted from all programs in the G&R/Arkansas Enterprises family.
ONLY MEMBERS FROM FOLLOWING COUNTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AS MEMBERS!Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.
If you are from a country not listed your account will be deleted and your ip banned!
We require all members to read and understand English. Cheat links and reading tests will be sent weekly. Should you fail 3 of these your account may be deleted without notice and all earnings and downlines lost. You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way, or your account will be immediately terminated.
Under NO circumstances will SPAM be allowed as a method of promoting your The Kerosene Cucumber referral links. We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialized messages. All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join The Kerosene Cucumber in the future.
ADVERTISING
If you want to use our promotional banners for your website you must upload them to your server. We will not upload any banners for you. All links in advertising sent to us must work. We will not run any advertising not in English , all ads must be in english only. No advertising for adult sites, cigarettes or sales of tobacco products, any drug related products or mod chip. We do not advertise any MLM, Ponzi, Surf or get rich quick sheme sites or randomizers. We follow Paypal guidelines and do not take any advertising they do not allow.If in doubt use the contact form to ask if your advertising will be approved. If you send advertising for any sites we do not accept, there will be no refunds of redemptions or cash purchases.
We do not accept any responsibility (or endorse) for any programs you may choose to join and or become a part of, please use your own judgement in becoming a part of any advertised sites.
Responsibility of Members
No one is ever forced to being a member in this or any other site. You click on links/ptc's sent to earn from them, but you are never under any obligation to click any link you do not want to click
However by clicking on any links you assume the responsibility for having clicked on those paid links. All links are checked before they are sent to affiliates. If you think you have encountered anything you deem inapproiate, we would appreciate it if you mail us to tell us. However any link you click is your sole responsibility, so please read any and all disclaimers before you preceed to click on any links.
